As Executive Chef, Will is responsible for menu design and kitchen operations as well as overseeing our team of highly skilled chefs during production and event execution.
Will utilises his experience gained from working in some of the world’s landmark restaurants to create recipes and menus that showcase the finest local produce and refined techniques, while ensuring dishes are on trend and exceed clients’ expectations.
Regularly creating custom menus for corporate firms, society weddings, luxury brands and private clients, Will looks forward to each opportunity to curate an exceptional experience for our clients and their guests.
